DYNAMITE KISS EP 13 │ WHEN TRUST SHATTERS, LOVE FINDS ITS WAY HOME

In Episode 13 of SBS’s Wednesday–Thursday drama Dynamite Kiss,
Go Da-rim leaves the company branded as an industrial spy,
and after a painful breakup, she and Gong Ji-hyeok slowly find their way back to each other.

The romance is still fluttery,
but the plot gets spicier and heavier.
Here’s a full recap of Dynamite Kiss Episode 13.

Dynamite Kiss Episode 13 doesn’t just move the romance forward; it reshapes every relationship through betrayal, sacrifice, and one critical lie.

🔥 “I did it.”

Go Da-rim framed as an industrial spy

All the clues in the new product leak
begin to point toward Da-rim,
and rumors of her being an industrial spy spread quickly throughout the company.

PC records, resignation letter, fake employment history—
the evidence keeps piling up against her.

Even so, Da-rim is not completely alone.
The Mother TF team continues to believe in her,
and Ji-hyeok publicly pulls her into a hug in front of the employees.

(He really hugs her in front of everyone—Ji-hyeok’s mental fortitude is on another level.)

⚠️ Gong Ji-hye’s pressure and a false confession

“If you don’t take the fall, Ji-hyeok will be ruined.”

Ji-hye calls Da-rim aside,
pretending to be understanding while hiding a knife behind her back.

If Da-rim keeps resisting,
Ji-hyeok will be attacked at the shareholders’ meeting
and the Mother TF team might be wiped out.

Feeling like she has become a burden,
Da-rim signs a false statement and takes full responsibility for the leak.

And so she leaves the company
branded as a “traitor.”

💔 “Let’s break up.”

A breakup chosen out of love

Ji-hyeok wants to keep digging for the truth,
but Da-rim believes that will only make things worse for him
and chooses to end their relationship instead.

Moments ago she was calling him “honey” and laughing,
and now she says they should break up.

From a viewer’s perspective it’s incredibly frustrating.
You wish she would trust him and search for evidence together,
but at the same time you understand why she made that choice.

🌾 Her aunt’s countryside home — and the man who follows her

“I can’t live without Go Da-rim.”

After clearing out their house to pay off debts,
Da-rim moves to her aunt’s countryside home with her mom.

While she spends her days helping in the orchard and catching her breath,
Ji-hyeok finds a key piece of evidence:
the arsonist had contact with a rival company.

He then follows Da-rim all the way to the countryside.

He hasn’t even eaten,
so Da-rim’s aunt lays out a full meal for him.
It’s a warm, funny little scene.

👀 Sang-sik appears — and jealousy erupts

Special appearance by Kwak Si-yang

There’s also Sang-sik, an agricultural successor
who has liked Da-rim for a long time.
In farming skills, he completely outshines Ji-hyeok.

(Kwak Si-yang’s special appearance is full of charm.)

There’s a subtle tension between the two men,
but Da-rim’s eyes are only on Ji-hyeok.

She said they should break up,
but her heart is still with him.

❤️ A short separation, and a return to each other

“You don’t find a man like this twice.”

Ji-hyeok shows Da-rim proof
that the arsonist was connected to the rival company
and explains that everything was a setup to push him out.

He then tells her to take back the breakup
and pulls her into a tight hug.

“I can’t live without Go Da-rim.”

After a brief separation, they reunite.
At this point, it feels like they really should head straight for marriage.

🧠 The shareholders’ meeting

Team Leader Gong walks in with a smile

While Da-rim stays in the countryside,
Ji-hyeok organizes all the evidence and walks into the shareholders’ meeting
with a confident smile.

Even though Ji-hye thinks she has set the perfect trap,
Ji-hyeok’s expression as he walks through the reporters
looks like someone who already knows he’s going to win.

🚨 Episode 14 Preview

Will it be satisfying payback or more frustration?

Because Dynamite Kiss Episode 13 ends on emotional closure rather than resolution, the upcoming finale carries heavier expectations than ever.

In the Episode 14 preview,
we see a hint that Ji-hyeok’s mother may become CEO,
and an ominous shot of Ji-hyeok facing an accident on his way back.

It looks like Yoo Tae-young crosses the line once again,
which is worrying.

With just one final episode left,
you can’t help but wish:
let the accident be short and early,
and fill the last 30 minutes with nothing but sweet scenes.

Dynamite Kiss Episode 13 Review

Dynamite Kiss Episode 13 also marks the moment when every hidden motive finally surfaces, preparing viewers for the dramatic turning point of the finale.

To be honest,
the romance is still exciting,
but the plot itself is starting to feel a bit dated.

You wonder if a rom-com really needs this much thriller and crime,
and there are some noticeably sloppy details.

Even so,
the chemistry between Jang Ki-yong and Ahn Eun-jin
is strong enough to keep you watching until the end.

Viewers who followed Dynamite Kiss Episode 13 closely can already sense that every lingering emotion is meant to explode in the final episode.

Now there’s only one thing left:

A fully closed, undeniable happy ending.
